Touch Language

Touch Language is a new language that is based on concepts. The concepts are articulated by positions of hands and fingers, thereby making it universal, regardless of the local language and culture of the user. Touch Language is designed as a tool for persons who are blind or deaf and blind, who will wear electronic gloves that communicate with the hands and fingers, by pecking and vibrations. Touch Language can be used for communication and also enabling blind and deaf-blind persons, to enjoy TV broadcasts, when the technology becomes incorporated into the TV broadcasting.
